| Description: | Phased survey of the English coastline, recording all aspects of the Historic Environment (archaeology, historic buildings etc from the Palaeolithic to the Cold War)
Phase 1. Desk-Based Assessment (Aerial photographs, LiDAR, Historic environment databases, historic maps) Phase 2. Field Survey Surveys completed or currently underway are Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, North Kent, Dorset, Isles of Scilly. Project designs for the Severn Estuary and Yorkshire are in preparation. Subsequent surveys will cover The North East, North West, Lincolnshire, South East and South West. |
