PROCOAST: Harminzation of uses and interests in the Baltic Sea coastal zones

The overall goal of this project was to develop common practical guidelines for the implementation of environmental aspects. In particular the recommendations of HELCOM and VASAB, were to be considered during mutual visits and exchange among coastal experts in the Baltic Region. In this manner, coastal administrative institutions as well as other stakeholders were provided with an expertise that will guarantee for a sustainable development which takes into account all different aspects in the coastal zone.
